Having to go through the insurance process can be frustrating and stressful. Together with you we will try to make it as easy as possible.

Our relationship with IAG provides us with hundreds of jobs each year, we are audited by them on our service, workmanship, communication and health and safety. We will endeavour to complete you claim in a timely and efficient manor. Unfortunately on occasion, circumstances beyond our control can lead to delays.

To aid in the prompt completion of your claim we need your help with the following

• Prompt payment of you excess invoice, this needs to be paid before materials are ordered or the work is programmed in.
• Clear rooms of furniture, curtains, rails and picture hooks.
• Select paint colours.
• We like site access between 8.30am and 3pm, with a key to be left out or given to us. Our staff are very friendly, approachable and honest.
• Our office staff are available between 9am- 3pm daily to answer your questions regarding scheduling.
If you would like work done that is not on the insurance scope, we can quote this (depending how busy we are) but the work will be completed as a separate contract to the insurance work or give us a call on 03 348 9056.
